The “Save As” option available in the File / Options submenu is now consistent with the “Save As” screen displayed when selecting save as in the File Listing screen by right-clicking on a file name. Show here is the “Save As” screen that will be displayed when selecting this option instead of the multiple prompts that were displayed in previous versions.

Many of our users get confused when trying to convert there data from another fixed asset program and select the Import option. To prevent users from selecting the wrong option, we have combined the “Convert” and “Import” options into one. A screen will be displayed when selecting “Convert / Import Data” from the File / Options submenu that will provide additional information each of these options. Show below is a sample of the new “Convert / Import Data” introductory screen.
